Wellness Exam
During a Wellness Exam, the DVM examines your dog's eyes, ears, mouth, heart, lungs, and skin. This is when you will discuss any questions or concerns about your dog with the DVM. The DVM will discuss preventative care, life stages, nutrition, behavior, and more.
Recommended semi-annually
Rabies Vaccine
Prevents Rabies. Required yearly in GA.
Distemper Parvo + Leptospirosis Combination Vaccine
Prevents Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Leptospira bacterial infections.
Recommended yearly depending on age
Bordetella Vaccine
Prevents contagious Bronchitis known as "Kennel Cough".
Recommended semi-annually
Intestinal Parasite Check
A fecal test that determines if your dog has intestinal parasites by checking for parasite ovum.
Recommended semi-annually. Providing a sample from your dog at the time of appointment is encouraged.
Heartworm Test
A blood test that determines if your dog is infected with heartworm microfilaria and adult stage heartworms.
Recommended annually. Required annually for refills of preventative.
